Bulk-Billing:
- Bulk-billing of standard consultations is available for eligible patients.
- All government-funded vaccines, health assessments, care plan appointments are bulk-billed.
- Any procedures, non-government funded vaccines, driver’s licence medicals, pre-employment medicals, medical reports/records etc are not eligible for bulk billing. Please discuss with our reception staff.
Who is eligible for a Bulk-Billed appointment?
- Children under 16 years of age
- Patients with a valid healthcare card, concession/pension card or DVA card
Telehealth Appointments
- Telehealth appointments are only available for patients who have had a face-to-face consultation at our clinic within the last 12 months. If you have not had a face-to-face consultation at our clinic within the last 12 months, you are billed the full standard consultation fee and will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Medicare Cards
Any patients who do not have a valid Medicare Card at the time of their appointment will be charged full consultation fees and will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Rebate Claiming
We have EFTPOS facilities at our clinic which can process Medicare rebates on the spot provided you have a physical savings card. Otherwise, a receipt can be issued to you after your consultation which can be used to make a claim online on through your myGov account.
