DR TRANG (LILLIAN) TRAM – MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Tram attended medical school at Adelaide University, Australia and graduated in 1994. She then went on to complete specialist training in General Practice and obtained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2000.
Her friendly approach and decades of clinical experience has made her popular and respected amongst the community. She has a special interest in Aesthetic and Skin Medicine and offers a range of services including anti-wrinkle, anti-ageing and general skin care.
She is bilingual (Vietnamese, English)
DR KIM PHUONG DOAN -MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Kim Phuong Doan graduated medical school from the University of Queensland in 1999. She is interested in all aspects of Family medicine, especially Women’s and Children’s Health but enjoys seeing patients of all age groups.
Dr Doan is bilingual (Vietnamese, English) and has been working as part of the Allcare team for over a decade since obtaining her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2003.
Outside working hours, she enjoys cooking, listening to music and spending time with family and friends
DR MANH-HA LE – MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Manh-Ha Le graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1991 with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 1996.
Dr Manh-Ha Le is a kind and caring general practitioner. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Paediatric medicine. Her professional practice and bilingual skills (Vietnamese and English) have been much appreciated by our multicultural community at Allcare Inala Medical Centre.
DR VU DANG – AMC, FRACGP
Dr. Vu Dang graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Saigon and worked as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for eight years in a university-affiliated hospital in Saigon. After moving to Australia as a refugee, she obtained her Australian Medical Council (AMC) certification and achieved Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 1994.
Dr. Dang has a special interest in women’s health and a holistic approach to patient care, integrating natural health and medicine with modern medical practices. She previously worked at Medichek before joining our team in 2020.
Dr. Dang is bilingual, speaking fluent Vietnamese and English.
DR HUAN (BRUCE) DOAN – MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Huan Doan completed his medical degree from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1997 and obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2002. Dr Doan is an experience GP and has worked in general practice for 20 years. He joined the Allcare team in 2000.
Dr Doan enjoys all areas of medicine, including children’s health, dermatology, preventative health, skin cancer medicine and skin procedures (including excisions and skin flaps / repairs). Dr Doan has always enjoyed working with all age groups of patients. He is bilingual, fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
DR SYED AMMAR SALEEM – MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Syed Saleem has worked in general practice for over 20 years since moving to Australia from South Africa in 2001. Dr Saleem graduated from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 1980 and acquired his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2006.
Dr Saleem previously worked at Mayo Hospital in Pakistan, Livingston Hospital in South Africa, and Ipswich General Hospital before embarking into general practice. His focus is patient centred care and his kind and caring nature has been an asset to patients of Allcare Medical Centre since 2007.
Dr Saleem can fluently speak multiple languages (English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi).
DR LOC (LACHLAN) TO – MD, MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Loc To graduated from the University of Saigon, Vietnam in 1980 and the University of Queensland, Australia in 1996. He obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2004 and joined Allcare Medical Centre.
Dr Loc To brings with him a wide range of experience after working at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland, as well as rural clinical experience from working in the Northern Territory in conjunction with the Royal Flying Doctor Service for several years before entering general practice. His special interest includes General Surgery and General Medicine. He is particularly skilled at skin procedures.
Dr To is bilingual and speaks fluent Vietnamese and English. Dr To is bulk-billing for patient with valid medicare card and under 16 years old or over 65 years old or holding valid concession card. Other patients will be privately bill, please refer to our Fees webpage.
DR HANDARAGAMA SAJ SUMANASEKERA – MBBS, MRCGP (UK), FRACGP
Dr Saj graduated from Faculty of Medicine at University of Colombo in 2001. He completed advanced training on various specialties including Anesthesia and Pain Management.
In 2005, Dr Saj underwent specialty training in general practice at University of Cardiff-UK and in 2008, he was awarded Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP)-UK. He then gained more experience working as a GP in the UK for several surgeries.
In 2012 Dr Saj was awarded Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He brings a wide range of experiences and knowledge from working in different areas of medicine for many years in several countries.
Dr Saj is a kind and genuinely caring GP who is well liked amongst all the patients and staff and has become a very successful doctor.
He is interested in all aspects of family medicine including skin conditions and procedures, chronic disease management, shared pregnancy care, mental health conditions, children’s, adult and elderly health.
Dr Saj is fluent in English and Sinhalese.
DR SYED HUSSAIN ZAIDI – MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Syed Zaidi graduated at the University of Karachi, Pakistan in 1989. He has had decades of clinical experience and has been working in general practices for several years. He obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
He is a compassionate and empathic doctor who always tries to take a holistic approach to patient care.
Dr Zaidi is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Urdu and Hindi.
DR RAYMOND CHAN – MBBS (Qld), FRACGP, DCH (Ireland), DipP Derm(Cardiff), DipMusMed (Flinders)
Dr Raymond Chan graduated from the University of Queensland and completed his internship training in 1990 and obtain his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr Chan was working at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Mater Hospital in Brisbane before he worked at the Mt Isa base Hospital in Northern Queensland. Dr Chan later travelled abroad and furthered his skills by studying at the University of Wales, Cardiff, in the UK and obtained a Diploma of Dermatology in 1997.
While he was in the UK, he underwent further training and obtained a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College Ireland. Upon his return to Australia, he continued to upskill by obtaining a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine at the Flinders University in Adelaide. Dr Chan’s special interest is dermatology and has extensive experience in treating various skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and skin cancers.
Outside of work Dr Chan enjoys travelling, gardening and home decorating. He is fluent in speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
DR TUAN (MICHAEL) HO – MBBS
Dr Tuan (Michael) Ho attended medical school at Adelaide University, Australia and graduated in 1994.
Being bilingual (Vietnamese and English) has allowed Dr Tuan Ho to make a positive difference to refugee health in our multicultural community. He continues to be involved with charity work both locally and overseas. He has many special interests, including sclerotherapy.
Nowadays, Dr Tuan Ho spends most of his time working at Allcare Kingston Medical Centre and works at Inala occasionally.
DR Lai Ho – MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Lai Ho graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1993. He obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and served the Inala community since 1996.
Dr Lai Ho is bilingual and speaks fluent Vietnamese and English.
DR Alan Lan Van Tran – MBBS, VR GP, CIME (USA)

Dr Alan Tran graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1983. Dr Tran interests in motor vehicle injury and work related injury.
He was working at Medichek and now joined us since 2020. Dr Tran is bilingual and speaks fluent Vietnamese and English.
DR Mahaveer Jain – MBBS, FRACGP, DA
Dr Mahaveer Jain completed Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS), Diploma in Anaesthetics (DA, Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr Jain interests in the prevention and management of chronic disease, women’s health, family health and Men’s health.
Dr Jain can fluently speak Hindi, Telugu and Urdu
DR Celestine Gan – FRACGP

Originally from Singapore, Dr. Gan graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018 and obtained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2023. She has a special interest in women’s health, reproductive health, and paediatric medicine. Dr. Gan also has 2 years of experience working with the rural Aboriginal community. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, playing the piano, and traveling.
DR Thompson Do – FRACGP
Originally from Canada, Dr. Do graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018 and obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2023. He has a special interest in men’s health, weight loss, chronic disease management, and paediatrics. Dr. Do has also completed extra training in mental health and has 2 years of experience working with the rural Aboriginal community. He is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing with his pet dog, and traveling.
Dr Akaash Swaris
Dr Swaris is a General Practice Registrar who provides thoughtful, patient-centred care across a broad range of general practice presentations. He is committed to working collaboratively with patients and supporting individuals and families in managing both acute and long-term health concerns.
Dr Swaris completed his medical degree at University of Tasmania, and completed clinical training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, and Ipswich Hospital, gaining broad exposure to a wide range of medical disciplines. He is currently undertaking specialist training in General Practice through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He works under the supervision of experienced GPs within the practice and engages in regular education and professional development as part of his training.
His clinical interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, mental health, heart disease, diabetes, and he values a holistic approach that considers physical health, mental well-being, and social factors.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr Swaris enjoys rock-climbing and spending time with loved ones, and believes balance and preventive care are essential to long-term health.
Dr Swaris welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds and strives to provide respectful, inclusive, and evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
